We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our expanding recruitment business based in Dorchester for a part-time 3-month contract.
You will have the opportunity to work on our two brands: Jamie Miller Marketing Recruitment & MillerMiller.
Jamie Miller Marketing Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency, 4 years in, who recruit across London and the South West on Marketing, Digital, Communications and Design roles.
MillerMiller is a local recruitment agency – doing things differently. This is a start-up brand working on office based, sales, administration and customer service roles.
THE ROLE OF MARKETING MANAGER:
Working with MD on the annual marketing plan
Meeting with MD to brainstorm new ideas for marketing & improvements
Scheduling social media posts and monitoring the social media accounts
Creating & sending email marketing campaigns to clients & candidates
Writing content pieces and uploading them to the company blog via WordPress
Managing SEO, inputting keywords
Using Adobe package to design; cards, posters, flyers etc
Monitoring the website via Google Analytics
Managing our CRM system
Managing direct mail campaigns from idea through to send out
Assisting consultants with business development plans
