THE ROLE OF SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR:
Assist with existing, unmaintained and potential clients
Carry out market research in order to provide information on opportunities
Implement a marketing plan in response to business objectives and develop the marketing plan on an annual basis.
Set and measure progress of the marketing plan against a range of KPIs
Provide input into budget setting and manage agreed budgets
Build external profile by identifying and targeting key influencers and delivering thought-leadership programmes
Review new propositions and advise on appropriate marketing and sales material approaches
Develop digital marketing / e-marketing campaigns
Line manage the marketing co-ordinator for Planning
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE OF SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR:
Good listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Marketing planning experience
Must have good business writing and proofreading skills
Demonstrable delivery of integrated marketing campaigns using multiple channels
Demonstrable experience of working with senior levels of leadership
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple ongoing activities with a degree of autonomy, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Good commercial awareness
Pro-active personality, highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges
Must be a team player
