A leading client of ours is requiring a Performance Marketing Manager to join their well-established team. This fantastic opportunity allows you to work within a global B2B company, with a B2C twist.
THE ROLE OF PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER:
Build and implement paid acquisition programs to generate leads.
Work with the wider marketing team in coordinating all paid channel activity.
Manage paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Work with wider marketing team to develop campaign creative and landing pages and continually improving CRO through testing and analysis.
Manage the paid channel budget, including forecasting and finance process.
Work closely with internal sales teams to continually monitor and improve lead quality.
Ensure that leads are quickly integrated into marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Evolve and manage an effective analysis, measurement & reporting process covering a comprehensive set of metrics using and managing analytics tools.
Full tracking and event configuration across all paid channels.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
Experience innovating on social media lead generation.
Google Ads certified.
Google Tag Manager experience.
Basic HTML & CSS.
B2B lead generation, although some exposure to B2C could be useful too.
Experience briefing in campaign creative and working with in-house or external teams developing high conversion landing pages.
Experiencing configuring and using analytical tools and the key metrics and data available through both search & social channels to make the right decisions.
Excellent ability to interpret trends and performance.
Experience of marketing automation platforms (we use IBM Marketing Cloud) and CRM (Salesforce) would be useful.
