We currently have a new opportunity working with a very well established client of ours in the property industry. They are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing and vibrant team in London.
THE ROLE OF DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER:
Manage and maintain the website.
Manage CRM software, creating feeds from various sources to collect data.
Use PPC advertising to target specific audiences with keywords.
Create visual walkthroughs of buildings, apartment video teasers and build videos with a small location area to ensure effective property marketing.
Manage all portal account and activities, making sure to liaise with portal account managers.
Create and manage advertising – Featured agents, Local homepage banners, premium listings etc.
Design email marketing strategies.
Ensure that the relevant social media platforms are update with relevant and engaging content.
Create targeted landing pages and keep up to date with Google changes – dynamic SEO page set up.
Make sure that the company is cohering to new data changes.
Manage digital designs and sales pitches.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER:
Go getting, ambitious and driven attitude.
A minimum of four years of digital marketing experience.
Have previous experience of using PPC and SEO.
An understanding of effective marketing methodologies, and strategies.
An ability to formulate relevant content.
Passionate about tech.
Past experience of the property sector would be beneficial.
