Leading London based Property company are looking for a Marketing Manager in this newly created position.
THE ROLE OF MARKETING MANAGER:
Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Prepare the annual marketing plan.
Produce monthly reporting pack for the Board and attend/present at the monthly GM meeting.
Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Create a wide range of different marketing materials.
Work closely with e.g. design agencies and assist with new product/centre launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Manage the website, SEO and google analytics tools as appropriate.
Manage all social media channels and PR, providing editorial direction .
Run the annual customer satisfaction survey, conduct market research etc
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
Experienced Marketing Manager, with over 4 years experience
Driven, focused and passionate about marketing
Able to work with a variety of stakeholders daily
Experience of growing and developing a team
