After 16 years of working in London in Marketing Recruitment, I had worked hard and gained great experience and insight into the city.  I decided to switch the shirt and tie culture for delivering my own recruitment service – I’m passionate about great client and candidate service, clear and transparent communication, a focus on culture, a depth of knowledge of my market, and nurturing the close and trusted working relationships I have built.

When I’m not recruiting, I love running – for fun and competitively (I’ve run the London Marathon twice, I parkrun regularly and have lots of races under my belt).  I also enjoy making the most of the Dorset countryside and coast with my family.

For over 10 years Nicola enjoyed a career in media sales; joining Haymarket Media Group as a fresh-faced hungry graduate she worked her way up to Commercial Sales Manager for the company’s Motoring brands. Nicola’s experience ranges from selling classified ad solutions, to imagining, pitching and delivering multi-platform bespoke sponsorship and advertising campaigns for clients new and established.

Nicola has led busy sales teams and worked to relentless deadlines. She is passionate about great customer service and  works hard to develop close working relationships with the people that we work with and brings oodles of energy and new ideas to the table!

Nicola loves nothing more than taking the kids to the beach after school for a paddle and walking our incredible coastline in all elements.
