Jamie Miller Recruitment store all collected information on our clients on our private database (Recruit So Simple) including name, title, company, email address and company address. The database is secure, password protected and can only be accessed by team members employed by Jamie Miller Recruitment.
Jamie Miller Recruitment store this information on our database for 24 months unless in that time you unsubscribe from us, utilise your right to be forgotten or the data becomes outdated.
Jamie Miller Recruitment store your data, so we can keep in touch as believe our service is relevant to your business. Jamie Miller Recruitment continues to store data as we believe there is a continued legitimate interest in our communications, therefore the data needs to be stored.
When approaching 24 months we will conduct a database review, if we believe our service is then no longer of legitimate interest to you we will remove your details from our database.
If we still believe our service is legitimately of interest to you, we will re-send our updated terms to you and the 24 months will restart from that point.
Use of Data
Jamie Miller Recruitment will use your data to communicate with you until you utilise your right to be forgotten. This will include email and telephone communication. Jamie Miller Recruitment will only communicate with you when it is believed there is a legitimate interest in what we are communicating i.e. relevant candidates for current job postings, relevant articles etc.

In the case of a data breach, it will be solved within 72 hours and we will immediately notify the person whose data is involved. This will be documented and there will be an investigation to decide whether the breach was a systemic issue or human error and work to prevent a reoccurrence through either training, better processes or other corrective steps.
