Global client based in their Chester office are looking for an Ecommerce Assistant to join their growing team.
THE ROLE OF ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT:
- Utilising the CMS, online merchandising and conversion tools to provide users with a relevant, personalized journey
- Ensuring a high quality of informative and engaging product copy – giving our customers confidence to make their online purchases with us
- Working closely with our merchant team to provide analysis of category performance and insight into our customer needs
- Producing KPI and analysis reports
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT:
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, ‘let’s do it’ environment, ensuring good productivity and high quality output through strong structure and team play
- Highly organised and equally at ease working on large complex projects, as well as multi tasking across several smaller developments and tasks
- Able to clearly communicate and have great interpersonal skills with an ability to work with all functions in an organisation, with exceptional attention to detail
- Commercially aware with a good understanding of business, interested in commerce, advertising trends and techniques
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the variety of brands we retail and enjoy researching/learning about them so our customers are able to get the best insights when they read our product copy
- System savvy across CMS and office programs such as Excel and Word
- Strong analytical skills, Google/web analytics experience is ideal
