Our client, a growing innovative data tech company are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for a 11 month maternity contract.

THE ROLE OF DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER:

Marketing Automation and Email Marketing
- Manage and execute email campaigns to the client and prospect databases
using the provided content marketing assets (white papers, videos, case
studies, press releases, webinars etc.)
- Manage and execute multiple automated nurture programs for different
industry sectors and stages of the client lifecycle.
- Source and launch new email templates
- Monitor and analyse all email performance and report back to the marketing
team
- Must be an expert in marketing automation and email marketing platforms
- Manage the integration between the site, our MA (IBM Acoustic) and the
CRM (Salesforce)
- Manage the lead scoring program and processes and intelligence that directs
sales colleagues to the hottest leads
- Manage detailed and diverse email campaign plan and schedules, delivering
high quality deliverables on time and on budget

PPC
- Own the Google Ads PPC strategy
- Plan and optimise effective PPC campaigns
- Write engaging copy for adverts and constantly improve the overall
performance of  adverts
- Produce detailed analysis and reporting of PPC programs in SF and other
platforms
- Identify other PPC opportunities on other platforms such as LinkedIn and
Twitter and other digital channels

Website management
- Manage the general operations and running of the brochure site inc. the
integration of the site with MA and CRM platforms
- Work with in-house design team to create user-focused content that
drives content consumption and lead gen
- Manage SEO and content to ensure good organic search performance
- Run CRO experiments to optimise page and campaign performance
- Deliver Google Analytics insight to the team to ensure metrics are correctly
captured, reviewed and acted on
- Identify weaknesses and opportunities in our site

CRM Management
- Help administer Salesforce with other members of the marketing and sales
operations team
- Monitor inbound leads, where necessary qualify and pass to the sales team
- Build dashboards and reports to help users access the records and business
intelligence they need to see
- Ensure effective lead-follow-up by sales users with other members of the
marketing team
- Work with stakeholders (sales, sales operations, product, marketing, finance)
to ensure that best practice is met ad that their requirements are served

Social media
- Helping the marketing team to push out content across social channels

Event marketing
- Supporting the sales and marketing teams at events
- Acting as host and organiser for webinars
- Networking and representing the brand at industry events

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

- A digital marketing expert with over 5 years experience
- Experience in email, automation, CRM, social, events and website management
- Interested and excited about data
- Stakeholder management
- Time management and prioritisation
- Understanding a value proposition and shaping it into marketing content
- IBM Acoustic, WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Photoshop, basic HTML knowledge
